Notable Case: In September of 1994, I won a case in the Court of Appeals of Washington (In re "S.V.B., 75 Wash. App. 762, 880 P.2d 80, Div. 2 1994), in which a father who had not been given sufficient services to cure parental deficiencies, had his rights terminated. I was successful in having this decision reversed on appeal.

Tip: Child support in Washington State, is generally set based upon a number of factors. The primary determinant is the income of the parents, which is applied to a state-set support table. Other factors include the number and ages of the children.*

I represent persons in all types of family law cases. There is a lower fee for uncontested matters.
